Terms of Use

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms apply to the TryCam app, made by Tianjin Ace Interactive Entertainment Network Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us"). By using TryCam you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

What TryCam is

TryCam uses AI to show clothes from a photo on you through your camera, live. The picture is generated by AI: it's a preview, not a guarantee of how a garment fits, its size, color or material, or how it will look in person. Please check the seller's details before you buy.

Looks

• A look is one live try-on of up to 15 seconds, counted from the moment the try-on picture first appears.
• A look is used when a try-on starts. If it can't connect, or stops within the first 3 seconds because of a problem on our side or our AI partner's, the look is returned automatically (up to 3 times a day; contact us about more).
• Looks from a 6-look or 20-look pack never expire.
• TryCam Plus gives you 15 looks in each subscription period. Plus looks you don't use don't carry over to the next period.
• Looks have no cash value and can't be transferred to another account.

Payments and subscriptions

• All purchases are made through Apple and charged to your Apple Account.
• TryCam Plus is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. It renews at the price shown in the app unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your iPhone's Settings, or from Your account → Manage subscription in TryCam. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies, at reportaproblem.apple.com. Looks from a refunded purchase are removed from your account.

Using TryCam responsibly

• Only use clothing photos you have the right to use.
• Only try clothes on yourself, or on someone who has agreed to it.
• Don't use TryCam to create sexual, harassing, hateful or misleading images of anyone, or to try clothes on children without their parent or guardian's consent.
• Don't try to get around the look limits, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with how it works.

Our AI partner may block content its safety systems flag; when that happens the try-on ends and the look is returned.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time in Your account → Delete account; looks you had left are lost. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Disclaimers

TryCam is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always work without interruption or that every try-on picture will be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as purchases you make based on a try-on picture. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using TryCam after an update, the new terms apply.
